Member is required to pay for membership, and should continue to pay for monthly
membership, with recur billing, as set up by the site. Either party of this
agreement has the right to cancel the agreement at any time after the first full
month of paid membership.
The Member acknowledges that SB Site is not
responsible for any problems that may arise in connection with the ability to
view, display, broadcast, transmit, or otherwise receive the images, pictures,
movies, text, sound, or any part of any information that is provided in any form
by SB Site for The Member. Also, The Member agrees not to hold SB Site
responsible for any damages that are caused to The Member or to any other
person, including but not limited to, guests, friends or associates that have
access to, view, or otherwise see, and/or use the information, pictures, movies,
files, sounds, or text of SB Site, including but not limited to, the prohibited
areas or also known as the members pages.
SB Site is presented for the
viewing pleasure of its Members. The content is, from time to time, changed,
rearranged, modified, redirected, resized, improved, added to, or otherwise, on
a continuing basis to be adjusted, for the improvement of the site. Therefore,
SB Site, is presented to The Members in a form considered "as is", and may have,
from time to time, areas of fault, quality of products in question to their
viewability, or any form of presentation that is not viewable due to unforseen
reasons or to improper application of said formats or any entities therein,
including but not limited to the content of the site at any given time.
The Member, or any person authorized by The Member, shall at no time
allow any person under the age of 18 to view, see, witness, hear, watch,
distribute, disseminate, permit access to, or have anything to do with any part
of the members pages of SB Site. The Member is therefore responsible to protect,
as much as possible, the rights of those not considered "adult" according to the
community standards of the area in which The Member lives or receives the
subject matter of the site of SB Site.
The Member is not permited to
copy, download, remove, take, incorporate, use, transmit, broadcast, publish, or
otherwise steal any of the viewable, accessable images, pictures, movies, files,
sounds, text or any information that is provided within the members pages of SB
Site. The Member may not modify any of the materials found on the Site; use them
for any public display, performance, sale or rental; remove, modify or alter any
copyright or other proprietary notice, or trademarks.
In the event that
a refund is to be issued, because of cancellation of services, or for a valid
reason, as stated by either, The Member or SB Site, it will be to the discretion
of SB Site as to how the refund will take place. No refunds are given
on any memberships that are less than 30 (thirty) days in duration. No refunds
are given in the first month of any membership. Generally refunds are to be
credited back to The Member in the manner the original purchase was made.
By accepting the terms and conditions of this agreement The Member shall
contend to hold SB Site and/or any of its sponsors, content providers, models,
actors, companies, associates or any creators of content named or unnamed,
harmless in any and all areas for any damages, cost, harm, stress, expense,
areas of dispute, or actions against said site for any breach, misunderstanding,
dissagreements, or any unforseen problems that The Member shall face.
The Member shall have the right to contact SB Site at any time via. the
email address that is listed within the pages of the site, in reference to the
content, availibility, access, viewability, sights and sounds of any of the
content provided. The terms and conditions of this agreement will constitute the
entire agreement between The Member and SB Site with respect to the subject
matter herein, and shall be governed by the laws and judicial decisions of the
state of Florida.
